Do I need to be present?
No, you don’t need to be there. Most of our clients are busy with their move. We can collect keys from a local estate agent, a neighbor, or a secure key box. Once the job is finished, we lock up and can return the keys to your preferred location. We’ll send you a confirmation message and photos once we are done.
How soon can I book a cleaning?
We offer flexible booking and can often accommodate same-day or next-day cleaning depending on availability.

How much does end of tenancy cleaning cost?
Our pricing starts from £130 for a 1-bedroom property. Final cost depends on the size and condition of the property.

Service Details
What is included in the service?
Our end of tenancy cleaning service includes a full deep clean of the property, including kitchens, bathrooms, floors, internal windows, skirting boards, and high-touch surfaces. We also include oven cleaning, appliance cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitising throughout the property using professional cleaning products and equipment.
Can I book regular cleaning after my tenancy clean?
Yes, many clients continue with our weekly domestic cleaning service after moving into a new home.
Do you clean the oven, fridge, and appliances?
Absolutely. A full internal and external clean of the oven, hob, extractor fan, and fridge/freezer is included as standard in our End of Tenancy package. We also clean all other integrated appliances like dishwashers and washing machines (including the soap drawers).
What is NOT included?
Our standard service does not include:
Carpet steam cleaning (unless requested)
Exterior window cleaning
Heavy waste removal.
These can be added on request.
Do you provide all the equipment and cleaning supplies?
Yes, we arrive fully equipped. We don't use domestic supermarket products; we use industrial-grade Numatic Henry XL vacuums and specialist Prochem™ solutions. These are professional-strength chemicals designed to lift deep stains, grease, and odors that standard cleaners can’t touch.

How long does a standard End of Tenancy clean take?
It depends on the size and condition of the property. Typically, for a 1 or 2-bedroom flat, our professional duo team will be on-site for 3 to 5 hours. We don’t leave until the property meets our "inventory-pass" standard, regardless of how long it takes.
