​No, you don’t need to be there. Most of our clients are busy with their move. We can collect keys from a local estate agent, a neighbor, or a secure key box. Once the job is finished, we lock up and can return the keys to your preferred location. We’ll send you a confirmation message and photos once we are done.
 

What does your deposit-back guarantee include?

We clean using a detailed checklist to ensure your property meets professional standards. If your landlord or inventory clerk identifies any areas that do not meet these standards, we provide a 48-hour re-clean guarantee. This means we will return within 48 hours to resolve any issues free of charge.

Do you provide cleaning products and equipment?

Yes. For our End of Tenancy Cleaning service, we arrive fully equipped with professional-grade equipment and high-quality, specialist cleaning products. We use Numatic Henry XL vacuum cleaners and professional Prochem™ solutions, carefully selected to tackle deep stains, grease, built-up dirt and persistent odours that standard household products may not effectively remove.

For our Deep Cleaning and One-Off Cleaning services, cleaning products can be provided upon request for an additional charge. 

Please note: For our regular cleaning service, clients are required to provide their own cleaning products and equipment, unless agreed otherwise in advance.
